PD0300 Beautiful empty country house from 1975 (solid brick construction) in the delightful southern part of the Bavarian forest.  It is on the outskirts of a village on a quiet side street.

 The garden is wildly romantic with an old stock of trees (cherry, plum, apple, pear, walnut, hazelnut as well as ash, birch, maple, oak, fir and beech).  The garden is a paradise for children.

 The garden is completely closed to the outside (with dry stone walls and house) and has a small stone castle with moat which brings a lot of joy to children and grandchildren (see photo).  The garden also provides a spring with drinking water which is currently used to water the garden and to fill the eco-pond.

 In the lower part of the garden is a swimming pool which has not been used for years and is a little bit leaky.  But if it were tiled again, the pool would be rejuvenated.

 The house itself is on a slope to the south.  The main entrance is to the north with the main stairs.

 There is another entrance on the west side for the extra apartment.  The house is manufactured in brick from massive construction.

 The double garage has a saddleback roof with a brick cover.  The ground floor was still in the original construction condition from 1975 and definitely could use a renovation.

 The extra apartment got a throrough renovation in 2000.  The doors, windows, balcony, tiles and floors were all renewed.

 The house is supplied with oil-fired central heating and the waste water connection is ready to be installed, but does not yet exist.  Currently there is still a 3 chamber septic tank.
