N9010001 The building was built in 1972 in Massive construction (bricks) with 3 full-underground, construction. During the following years intensive reorganization and enlargement were carried out.

In 1991 the installation of a passenger lift took place. The existing single-storey cultivation was raised in 1997 including attic construction.

This area is used as an owner's house. To the Areal belong a garage with Doublegate, a newmade garden pavilion and corresponding carports.
