N1430378 This interesting building from 1880 is not subject to care of historical monuments.  The building can be already seen from the road.

Condition of the building is quite solid with exception of the façade, which is very diverse with ornamental parts. This is supported by photographs taken during reconstruction.

There are cellars with vaults under some parts of the building. The loft is also in good condition – it is original and well-preserved.

There is a granite staircase with cast iron ornamental handrail located in the central part of the building.  There are flats with tenants on the 1st floor; they will be empty by the date of sale.

There is a local heating system in this part of the building. The 2nd floor is empty; there are 8 rooms with central heating system with a cauldron.

There is a balcony with handrail and conic pillars.  The building is connected to the public electricity system of the STE and public water supply system; there is also a cesspool, a well, a higher brick fence at three sides of the property.

 The back part of the property is situated on a higher level than the surrounding 1.280 square meters asphalt part of land.
