A3895 The historial past of the Domain carries it out to the natural Frontier of Champagne and Burgundy Region today. Near a highway exit and over 30 Kilometers from a regional county town.
About 220 Hectares of organically grown crops are surrounding the hamlet composed of many buildings in local traditional style, not forgetting the 23 hectares of woods and timbertrees and the 11 hectares of natural prairies. Woods are made of Firewood and timber-trees of 50 to 100 years and over (Oak, Acacia, Ash, Beech, Wild Cherry, Elm, Walnut, Maple, etc.
) Animal life has a rich variety of species from stag, doe, faun, Roe-deer, wild boar, Hare, Partridge to swallow, Finch, Robin,..
.Flat open country hunting is forbidden and wood hunting is under strict regulation (wild boar and Roe-deer only), as per our agreement with the village hunting society.
Orchards are primeraly made of Apple Cider trees (after Normandy it is the second Natural Region for cider in France). The 3 Kilometers Long of Hedge-Rows serve as protection to the land, the wild life and the Flora from elements outside the domain.
