 In the living-room, one can find an earthy tiled wood stove which offers comfort and warmth in the colder season. Most of the wood-decorated rooms can be found on the 3rd floor, and access to the attic can be reached by way of an open wood staircase.

 A pleasant, comfortable life can be lived here. There is a most delightful view of the top of a long mountain chain and the forests of Harz from the garden area.

In the garden you find a small, stone-built grill, a wooden shed for gardening tools and wood storage, and a big lawn which is ideally suited for a garden party. The property is protected from prying eyes by shrubs.

The property lies centrally,but, nevertheless, lies in the middle of nature. The community has approximately 1000 inhabitants and survives largely on tourism in both summer and in winter.
