PD0076 Empty wooden house (consumes low energy, construction year 1999) in solid construction.  The location is central in a small idyllic village on the outskirts of south Harz.

 The house stands on a very well cultivated and romantically furnished property (there are hedges along the street side and separating the neighboring property) with a covered terrace in a pergola construction.  A tool shed is integrated in.

 Another cultivation is available for additional space.  In the cultivation there is plumbing and garden irrigation which is fed from a 5000 liter underground tank.

 A court entrance has room for 2 cars.  In the dwelling-house the ceiling beams in the ground floor are visible and the walls mostly have wood panels.

 Here one notices the special quality of the wooden houses.  The 2nd projectile which is attainable with an open wooden stair living area, has a ceiling height of 90 cm.

 The deviations from typical architectural design are also visible here.  The floor is made from real floorboards.

 In the attic the dwelling-house has 4 dormitories with big windows that go down to the floor, 1 bathroom (corner bath tub with direct sky light, WC and sink) and a loft with a wooden railing. The ground floor consists of a big room with half walls that separate the living area with the dining room and the kitchen.

 A fitted kitchen exists with all tools and a corner cooker.  1 spacious bathroom with corner bath tub, shower, WC and wash basin and installed loudspeakers in the walls.

 1 housekeeping area.  There is modern gas heating with a central processing unit and outdoor sensor in the living area.

 1 hall, which offers room for a coat room.  In every room there is a telephone and a television connection.

School and daycare are directly in the town.  Within 2 kms a motorway is accessible, the A7 (30 kms) in other direction goes directly into Harz and has a view of the moutain Brocken (1100m), Göttingen approx.

The house is inhabited by the owner and, unfortunately, must be given up for spacial reasons (offspring of children).  Entry can take place after arrangement.
