Pr0360 Offered here is the over 300 year-old farmstead which is practically in it´s original condition. The farmstead was constructed in 1688 in the design which is still existing today (a so-called square yard) on Roman foundation walls and has a long and beautiful history.

 It lies in a town near Zülpich.  It is about 10 minutes to the A1.

 Cologne and Bonn are half an hour away, Aachen and Koblenz are three quarters of an hour.  All shops for all daily needs are available within a few walking minutes including daycares, schools, and doctors.

 A rear garden area and a garden kitchen with swimming pond are currently being installed.  Buyers can take over the farmstead upon arrangement without or with tenants.
