PD0069 This dwelling-house is a dream on the country side.  It has been fitted out with a lot of love given to detail.

 Let's take the entrance for example.  The front door was produced with original leaden glazing in the Art Nouveau style.

 The staircase is open and next to the stair is a slide that was integrated into the design. The double winged living room door as well as the other doors in the ground floor also have leaden glazing and are fitted out.

 All works have been implemented with a lot of taste and with high-quality material.  The large living room has a total floor space of 140 square meters and has a peaceful atmosphere with an open conservatory, an open kitchen area and a very elegant tiled stove fireplace.

 An access to the garden is in the conservatory just like the direct access from the living room. Furthermore, the whole living area is fitted out with parquet in the entryway and in the conservatory with tiles co-ordinated in color.

 In the ground floor there is a guest room as well as a guest WC with shower. In the upper floor are 4 rooms and a luxury bath.

 The bath appeared with a very big bath tub and a round glass shower as well as very elegant tiles that are tasteful and have a beautiful color from Versace.  All rooms are fitted out from the floor to the ceiling with lattice windows.

 All rooms are bright and at certain times of day they are flooded with light.  In the ground floor there is under-floor heating as well as in the upper floor.

 There is also a bath in the upper floor.  The kitchen incl.
