 Shopping facilities are quickly and comfortably attainable.  The house is located near to a big shopping center with all imaginable stores.

For families with children the locatoin of the object is ideal: pre-school, schools, playgrounds and all necessary facilities are directly nearby.  The accessibility in the ÖPNV (bus and underground) is, like in Berlin, very good.
