PE0310 This luxuriously restored Spanish villa from the 18th century is situated in the historic city center of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.  It is a ring-shaped invested complex of buildings with a large entrance hall (Andalusian patio with white marble columns), a second inner court with garden and palm trees, a covered terrace and swimming pool.

 In the ground floor there is also a commercial space (with telephone, fax and fast Internet connection), a bedroom with bath, a kitchen with housekeeping space, a bodega and a garage.  A large stair or the interior elevator leads to the upper floor.

 In the eastern wing is the main bedroom with bathroom (bath tub and shower), the big living salon with fireplace and adjacent salon and a small extra room.  In the western wing are three other bedrooms, each with its own bath.

 They are connected by a long gallery with fireplace, a big dining salon with fireplace and an adjacent kitchen.  Outside are two terraces with a view of the garden and a big roof terrace with a view of the roofs of the city.

 The villa was recently renovated completely, was restored and new installations were put in for electricity and sanitary facilities (according to German standards).  There is irrigation through the ground-water well.

 The traditional construction (1 meter thick outer walls) caus a microclimate in the house which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in the summer.  All windows have artistic, cast-iron grids.
