N1550071 This wonderful Masia, built from natural stone and surrounded by a property of over 40.000m2 is located right in the middle of the wine region, Priorat.

 The area is still very calm and unchanged from the mass tourism of the coasts.  It offers many recreational possibilities as well as cultural sightseeing.

 In the nearby area you can hike, fish, mountainbike or simply relax and enjoy the nature. The water supply is with a big cistern or a well which must be restored.

 An electricity connection exists about 450m away.  The installation of a solar system would be possible as well.

The Masia can be reconstructed to function as a residence with the existing 274m2.  Permission for that must be granted by the town hall.
