PI0064 House on the Lake of Garda, a famous lakeside resort.  It is situated in the north of Italy.

  It is 35 Km west from Verona and 45 Km east from Brescia.  It is 3 KM far form SIRMIONE itself where there is the Beautiful Castle from the 10th century.

Sirmione is a beautiful green peninsula on the Lake of Garda, the biggest Italian Lake. The castle is there is a beautiful walk path that goes across a park on the peninsula.

 Sirmione is also very famous for its thermal bath since ancient Roman times (Catullo) and its medical effects.  The house is what we call Appartamento.

It is one part of a major Building recently renovated that counts 4 Units only. There is a wide courtyard with one car park for the exclusive use of the tenant plus 10 car parks for the use of the guests.

 The Flat is fully furnished. The spacious living room has a kitchen area (stove, sink, refrigerator, dish board etc.

.) and there is a large balcony towards the Lake.

From the corridor we go to the sleeping zone where we have 2 bedrooms. The big one has a double bed.

There is a small terrace. The other room has one bed.

(In the living room there is a sofa that transforms into a bed too). There is a wide bathroom with shower and washing machine.
