N1080003 The property lies between Florence and Siena (approx. 28 kms to each) in the Chianti area in the midst of oak forests, cypresses, vineyards and olive groves on a hill with a unique 180 degree panoramic southern exposure view.

The cities of Panzano and Greve with shops, restaurants, doctors, schools, kindergarden, weekly market, and much more, are approximately 4 - 6 kms away. The property offered for sale is oriented to the southwest.

The property includes 16,7 ha, 8,6 ha of of which have cypress forests and oak forests, 3,6 ha with an olive grove, 0,5 ha with a vineyard (Trebbiano and Malvasia), 3,9 ha are currently not in use, and 0,07 ha of garden space.  The terraced and  maintained mediterranean garden includes several seat terraces (partly with pergola), a Barbecue enclosure, two outside showers, Boccia course, irrigation system, individual lighting and an orchard and kitchen garden.
