OS0004 This house is located in the middle of Kitz in the and is built in the Tyrolean country house style.  It has been renovated and is fitted out perfectly.

 An open fireplace with tiled stove function in the living room make it the traditional household center.  There are only high-quality materials which provide a traditional ambiance by excellent profession art.

The house has two bedrooms in addition to a kitchen and living room.  A bath and a shower in the second bedroom make for pure living comfort.

 The south-facing windows in the kitchen let light flow through the house.  A small balcony exists in front of these windows.

 From the living room one enters onto the balcony which provides a unique view of the Kitzbühler Ache and the Kitzbühlerhorn.  An old stock of trees and the nearby water animate the entire area.

 A beautiful bike path along the Ache literally goes directly past the house.  The surrounding mountain view also offers an atmosphere of pure rest.

 The house is perfectly insulated and provides a feeling of peace in the midst of the turbulent city life.  The nearby railway station and numerous shopping facilities make it possible to live there without a car.

 It is very near a lively area and nevertheless, located quietly.  This house makes a pleasant home.
