N5580027 Riding enterprise with guest rooms with about 16 ha of property: forest, arable land, meadows - mostly section off clearly! This former farm was altered to be a riding yard.  During the renovations, it also was easily converted into a hotel.

 This consists of a reception area, breakfast space, kitchen, lounge, 8 guest rooms (twin-bedded room with corresponding utilities)! Stables in the original farm have been integrated with paddocks.  Stables were also built and the corresponding infrastructure exists.

Roundpen, horse-leading space, correspondingly fenced in meadows, oval lane, straight lane, riding area, irradiation arrangement, etc.  A riding hall was established in 1996/97.

The riding hall is flanked on one side by an integrated stables with paddocks, saddle rooms, horse-washing area, fodder room.  In the ground there is also a fire-safety pond which can also be used for swimming purposes! It is currently heated with gas.  Earlier it was heated with pellets.

 In addition there are still 2 intact house wells are on the property.  The whole building is on a slightly raised property and is very quiet! Beautiful view.
