PH0118 The house is in Zamardi at the south bank of Lake Balaton. The house is situated at the base of a vineyard in green idyll far from the tourist's centre (beach approx.

1300m). The forest is nearby and from the mountain you have a beautifull view at Tihany.

The property is 1586m² and the house has a base from approx. 96m².

 The house was completly renovated in 2000. In the ground floor new walls were built and an upper floor was added to the house, there is a small party wine cellar - ground floor - upper floor and stone floor.

3 cm of outside isolation, the windows has isolation glas and²shutters. The front door is from wood with security grid.

 In the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms (approx. 16m²) and a bath / WC.

The grounds are provided with laminate (beech), the walls are white plastered / painted and the blanket is with wood. The stair is from beechwood.
