Quiet person, very clean. I like to cook (I cook very well), sail boat, Cinema, painting, ceramic, photo, music.
I live near Testaccio, Ostiense, in the beginning of viale Marconi (near Trastevere Station), I like this place because it's near Trastevere, I walk when I want to go in discoteca in Testacccio. My apartment is to 80 m and is composed two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, two balcony (one in the second bedroom) bathroom, very sunny. The room size is around 17-20m, you have sunlight in the morning and in the beginning of the afternoon (the door-window is very big).Front my building you look another building :O). I am in second floor.
In the room (big), you have a futon, I bed etc... And a balcony. You have access to kitchen; bathroom and living room. The room has access on an entry like small living room. The street is very quite and you have access of all services (laundry, restaurant...) and well connected with the historical center (tram 8, bus 170, 780 and subway line B), stores and cinema, la città del gusto.

THE RENTING PRICE IS: 560 EUROS ONLY FOR ONE PERSON NO MORE AND ALL INCLUDED (INTERNET, UTILITIES, CLEANING SERVICE). PAYED THE RENTING ALL 1 OR 2ND DAY OF THE MONTH. ONE MONTH DEPOSIT AND FIRST MONTH RENT THE DAY WHEN YOU MOVE IN.
