 The property is between 2 interesting holiday towns.  Ribarica is approximately 10 kms away and a spa town is approximately 1 km away.

 The spa town is well-known for its mineral springs and waters.  It has an effect curing many different ailments.

 Nearby is a ski place with a few ski slopes and assorted mountain accommodations. The wild nature and the crystal clear mountain air make the whole region very attractive and beautiful.

The property has a building permit.  Unfortunately there is still no electric connection.
