500 m away.  The house was built in 1998 and the apartment is on the ground floor.

 It is appropriately furnished with tiled floors.  The apartment is divided into a bath and WC and a living area, kitchen with bar, sleeping area and one extra room.

 The holiday house is in Sveti Vlas in an idyllic and convenient location. This is where the south Balkan mountain range goes over into the black sea.

 It is a pleasant climate of 22 °-26 ° on average.  There are at least 90 sunny days during the season.

Because of the special reciprocal effect from the sea breeze and the mountain air there is an incomparable microclimate that produce a healing effect on the respiratory tract (spa town).  Beautiful bays surround the seashore providing a view of the sea, the green mountains and lights of the sunny beach.

 The fine-sandy 1000 m long beach is flat and is ideal for older people and for children.  The town has developed itself in the meantime into a tourist center with a lot of small hotels, apartments, restaurants and shops.

 Nevertheless the prices have remained moderate.  Also the town has maintained some of its natural character as a Bulgarian Black Sea town.

  Sveti Vlas is located centrally in a touristy region.  It is 5 kms from the center of the sunny beach.

 It is a special attraction for historically and culturally interested residents.  It is an idyllic city with a very rich cultural heritage, just 10 kms from Sveti Vlas.

 Also the well-known towns of Burgas (airport) and Elenite are good and easy to reach.
